Not in IT, but notice systems issues all day today. a prior post said IT folks were leaving surprises this week prior to being rif'ed. wondering if today was the start of that? lol

But BD said no rifs until covid is over. Pretty sure people are still dying from covid. Imagine that, BD lied again. And they wonder why no one believes anything upper management says, because it is 100% bs...….
This has been planned for months. Was put on hold because of covid. They could start at the top to cut millions.
Looks like management told to slash costs across the board on top of the RIFs. Anything strategic is being postponed. Good time to be a junior staffer. Bad time for everyone else.
Before our layoff last August 2019 system issues galore after gutting IT so it’s no surprise that those affected or know folks affected would strike back I have been laid off for months my severance gone & C19 hits job market on the skids I don’t blame anyone for lashing out striking back especially if you knew how to cripple the IT All Is Greed has in place it’s garbage & junk the entire organization is out of order take the whole damn thing to it’s knees AIG ruining lives of so many people they don’t give a damn about your work ethic or dedication to the company

Been networking since the Qtr 4 2019 earnings report when the stuck plunged the next day after a profitable quarter. Never BS another BSer on Wall Street, they know. Those analysts knew BD and PZ were selling snake oil on AIG 200, Don’t have any offers yet but hope to have something soon before they let me go.

Think IT mistakingly disabled ALL desktops across AIG today. Helpdesk is slammed. Sad day for the company.
