Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Get out ASAP!

So many better companies are hiring: Raytheon, their Collins Aerospace division, and most of their other divisions. Blue Origin is hiring 800 people this year. Ball Aerospace, Orbital, and MD Helicopters are some of the others. Don't waste another day of worry about job security, being bullied by management, and losing benefits. There are places where people actually ate valued and promotion isn't based on your last name or your connections to the he good 'ol boy network.

I never advertised anything. I simply said that better companies are hiring. There isn't any grass left at Honeywell, just a bare patch of dirt where a great company used to be. And I'd never kick myself for leaving a company with such unethical leadership and business practices. That's why I'm making my exit plans. And you should too.

Contact-trace these toxic managers and rank their toxicity in a database. The world needs to know!

Write down the names of all these micromanagers and perform contact-tracing to determine the boundaries of their network. It is important for the world to know 'the exact nature of these people' and their TOXIC management techniques so that some books can be published for future generations.

These nasty natured managers have been emboldened by 'silence from the lambs' and their 'silent suffering'. It is time for LION-hearted LAMBERTS to come out and identify these people and ensure they are ostracized properly and held "ACCOUNTABLE" for abusing people's goodwill.

It's when good people do nothing and choose to endure and ignore—when 'evil' managers prevail!

Stand up and assert your moral position with moral fortitude. Otherwise, the good managers will be crushed by the weight of these toxic managers.

Do it your for yourself, your friends, your brothers, sisters, family, children, grandchildren, the community, the region, our 'morally strong' society, our nation and for our world and its future. This abuse needs to STOP!

Don't be fooled by a good block rating to think you have a future here.

I am a block 2 and I will run out of this monumental cluster f*** the minute, the second.. no, the INSTANT I get some other job.

Any job at this POS company is bound to end in tears. Either they'll turn on you at some point, or to prevent that you will have to sell out and become part of the abusive toxic machine yourself.

As soon as you do a good job at something, some leader wants to hog credit... and to do that, they have to put you down and discredit your work.

Their goal is to end up with a few high paid toxic "leaders" and a bunch of worker bee drones, preferably in cheaper countries.

Anyone with talent, intelligence and even a bit little soul left wants OUTTA HERE.

Especially RF folks in Redmond with high demand skills. If you are a block 4/5 in honeywell take any voluntary offered and run to the other companies. You know it is the right thing to do.
