Lets hear from each region!

Eastern region. Still going strong in HLE. Hoping to still max out my bonus before we inevitably go under. SAD!
Business still super slow. Staffing levels sliced. Future still very cloudy with little to no communication from managers. Very depressing to be here.
No doing much of amything./ Just in my office. Can not disclose what region since I am a GM. Going out golfing all day tomorrow. No one will know. Life is good.
At least a few rows of PM cars and no one around to do them.
Hobos cut a hole in our fence, again. Manager is going to use chicken wire to patch it up. Just got an order for gas, first since middle of March.

We are not paying our rent or vendors. They are calling us at the branch asking for payment. We just tell them to call AP. Shops are refusing to take our work. With Icahn gone just waiting for the Pep Boys relationship to go south then we are screwed
Just finished my 12 hour day at HLE. My GM doesn't give a c-ap anymore. No one to help at the branch just 1 other person. Its just a paycheck now.

Overwhelmed, all body damage appraiser laid off, all parts managers laid off. No one cares that one person has to run a large airport location by himself. Body damage is just piling up, glass damage is the same. Just a complete joke The GM doesn’t have any answers, other than don’t spend money. Pretty sad
We haven't ordered gas since the middle of March. Last I heard before my weekend we had 2000 gallons of gas and no order in the works.

I keep in touch with managers in the western region and I here they are getting stretched thin to the point where what the company promises to Party City can't be done. They need to have 40 hours for the front line plain and simple. I hope they continue with my furlough as I sure as hell don't want to came back to the hell that is now Hertz. Made to many 'complaints' in the past and they shut my location down and laid off my team. That's how upper management works. Let's get rid of "problem" employees. Even if they bring in the most money.
Morale is falling lower everyday. No communication from VP's about issues we have. Staffing is as a min and no help is here. I can only rally the team so much they see that I too am very frustrated. HLE locations are suffering with resources and business is slow. Accounts asking about the future for us and its embarrassing to say we don't know.

Really tired in the West. Zero resources to help the front line. no support from managers. Concerned about safety of employees with Covid still very active.

In the Pacific Northwest at Thrifty we are having issues with hobos siphoning gas out of our cars. It has happened 2x already. They are vultures and we are the gazelle with a gimpy leg. Other then that we are taking it one day at a time.
Maybe it’s me, but the question seems too vague, peppy, and you are fishing for info on how hourly employee morale is. We are all in the same predicament with limited staff, limited cars, limited PPE (if it is available), almost no management support (even the decent ones prior to this are getting tired of the BS) and many, many ratchet customers with the loss of business customers. With that said, I will continue to smile, do my job, and pretend like I believe in the future of the company because I need the limited amount of hours I get and my limited commission. Again, it could be me....🤔
Southwest here nothing new. Same lack of communication and upper management clueless of what needs to be done.
Southwest region here. Nothing has changed, my GM sits in his office all day with door closed. He sends out texts that state he could not do this without us. Really? No supplies of any kind. Nothing is repaired if broken, copier, printers, gas pumps, exit gate, and on and on. To be honest, it is a slow death. Yes I am job hunting, 10 years is enough.
