SS&C has not done a successful acquisition yet. Why do financial institutions keep loaning them money to acquire companies and crash them ?

If they are in fact getting loans, the simple reason the y get more is because they pay them back on time. Loan issuers doing necessarily care what you do with he funds. If you pay them back and are a good customer, you will continue to get more. Kinda like a credit report. Good credit = opportunity to continue getting good credit opportunities
