Any good rumors? Back to work time? Pay cuts? Heard it all.

TG is a short term “hatchet man” : Execute engineering transformation & global strategic framework, pile up the bodies and has no clue (nor does he care) what his people do. I guess somebody had to step up.
Please, aerospace laid off any managers that actually tried to change anything. If they want change, eliminate the directors and fellows that haven't worked anywhere else and are designing engines for 1990. I've never worked for a company before where leadership not only doesn't have a vision, they don't even know what a competitive product and organization looks like. Glad to be gone.
Who is TG?
Todd was VP when I was in EOPS. Never laid eyes on him nor any meetings. THAT is why there is such a huge disconnect, and lack of trust. These "leaders" don't even know their own people.
Basically a state of the union, some good observations from Todd, etc. Underlying message is that we currently kinda s— and need to challenge the status quo to do things differently. They recognize people are unhappy and there isn't trust of management. Looking for methods to succeed -we'll see. I see a HUGE difference between the message given by the top of the food chain and lower level management. Hopefully we can get a culture change there.
OK, so can anyone honestly comment on results of this all hands? Being sold to RR would have been communicated at way higher level, like MM or new Engines Prez Dave M. C'mon people, give rest of us the facts!
dont say PPE just say PP
It would be best for the employees if were SOLD.
Yes we are. Sold off and sold out.
What about ppe in chalotte?
Welcome to Rolls Royce!
Maybe we're getting sold off...
