Anyone have the D3 Surplus list, or info from it?

This was an Enhanced Voluntary Offer to match by seniority those junior techs who would be affected by what was to be a surplus only. It doesn’t allow the company or union to disregard the existing signed contracts of return rights, article 10 or 12 etc... if this is the what is happening to you then you need to file a grievance with your local union.
No movement should supplant the seniority or return rights of other members. This was a way to allow mostly senior techs ready to retire to leave with a buyout while keeping junior techs on the payroll. A win win win situation, the company, senior and junior tech. The only downside is if those positions aren’t replaced, It’s a loss of headcount because in a lot of areas it means those remaining have to pick up the extra work and more OT. I already miss a lot of family time before this offer because we have connecting or forced OT every day in my area.
I have heard that there were many ETs who volunteered for the buyout. Most did not get a chance since ots had priority.
Yes cause staying here s—s! Should’ve taken the 50 & ran! Now 2 in my group are replacing the VSO takers in C&E, where I was surplussed and have return rights too, but can’t go. Screwed again, not worth it anymore to stay.
If you get the voluntary letter your probably going to be affected, take the Lousy 5k extra and run!
Thank you for posting the link. Good luck to everyone.
What does it mean if you get the voluntary letter?
