With the layoff happening how is it possible that in Rancho Bernado local 9511 there is a prem tech with manager duties. How is ken able to do this? Is he a manager or is he a prem tech. This seems like some type of loop hole while other people are getting layed off.

Wow so protectes from being surplused as a manager due to being coded as a prem tech. Unable to be surplused as a prem tech due to high seniority!!!!!! Wowwwwwwwwww
