I highly doubt the Bothell BMC center will close. I would say both Bothell & Ft. Wayne are safer moving from offline to a very much needed voice center. With that said, always try to be one of the top performing center amongst the same centers in other locations.

Does anyone know for a fact Bothell will be closing soon? What about the Fort Wayne center. We went from back office to call centers at the same time. SOOOOOO many people with high seniority have quit or retired. I have not heard of either closing but you know how they like to keep this hush hush. If anyone knows they will close for sure do you have any idea of what they are offering for severance?

If a call center can be moved to a sweatshop in India, it will be eventually.

I wish the government would figure out a way to put tariffs on that BS.

you never know. the jobs could be moved to another center that will hire folks at lower pay after all it is a rep 1 job and who in your area will work for that low amount of pay. just saying
