That doesn't seem like a very inclusive or diverse move. Rather, it looks more like a company exploiting a poor, underdeveloped country full of brown people. Just sayin'.

We’ll believe the leadership embraces diversity when the executive levels include more women latinos, whites, blacks and Asians. Until this changes, they’re full of sh-t.
Exploiting a third world country, just like Nike, Apple, etc. If it wasn’t for the states having departments of insurance they would probably have all customer service/claims and IT roles there so they can pay them $4/day and work 12 hour days on 3rd shift. Customer service and integrity are a thing of the past in corporate America
Wonder what Tom and Company look like in Saris?
It’s about using cheap foreign employees who are paid wayyy less and receive no benefits/have less/no arbitration rights.
We celebrate diversity. 🤦🏽♂️
Allstate is exploiting these folks. Stop drinking the blue kool-aid
Still waiting to see where this "Inclusive Diversity" falls in senior leadership and officer job opportunities. They might as well be wearing sheets to work.
Hahaha! So true.
And I can appreciate a good Southpark reference.
You think they really care about diversity and inclusion? Come on. It's just lip service for the masses. Smelling their own farts as South Park would say.
