The group I am in - FBO Billing - is in the process of being outsourced to Accenture (India). Stanky WILL NEVER address jobs being outsourced overseas during his townhall calls. These are jobs that can be done by an ATT employee in AMERICA!

glad I don't use any services from att they can go let India buy their services. here's hoping att dies a slow and painful death and it takes stank down with it.
meanwhile they shortchange pension buyouts to the employees that earned it.

stank and randy are the poster child of everything that is wrong with America today and are traders to the country in my book. I will never buy another thing from att as long as i live and I recommend everyone I meet not to buy their products and this is reason number one.
As a management employee I'm handling Bill OPS training of an Accenture offshore team, since only retained employees can provide training. First, I must learn a process that I don't currently support, and then I'm required to train the process to the offshore team through Webex. The days are long, and of course you are still responsible for any current responsibilities.
FBO employees impacted are all over the US. .. NJ, AL, VA, FL just to mention a few..
FBO EMEA billing operations yet to hear if/when going to Accenture (since last year) Slovakia got hit first, we await our fate.....
OP, all outsourced jobs can be done by ATT employees here in America, but not at the slave wages paid in third world countries.
Just to be clear - what locations have FBO employees? Is the Accenture impacting all FBO employees or just some in particular locations? Is this just a NJ issue?

I wish one day CEO job will be outsorced. There should be great leaders offshore that can do the job, maybe better than onshor counterparts.
Stinky loves the rebadging - it costs T nothing and they don't have to pay severance and Accenture gets to whack the former employees when the Mumbai U grads are trained. Everything is wonderful - for the Stinky!
Stinky will be yachting when T discovers the billing done by the Mumbai U grads is unacceptable and to fix it will cost three times the amount of $ it originally cost and T decides to bring the billinb work back to the US.
Exactly how is the Stank and his henchmen getting paid by being a sell out like this? How much, and what are the mechanism on where it's going? Offshore banks to hide it from taxes and from the public eye?
