Personally, I am very happy to be exiting the daily sh–show that is AT&T. They are an Elephant Ballet. Without a doubt, AT&T has aggregated some of the most talentless and mo–nic senior and middle management people in the industry. Between the wanna-be Cowboys running Dallas and the Mafioso running Bedminster; Failure is the only option. Laughable. Having worked for similar-sized organizations prior to being recruited to work for these clowns; I can tell you that AT&T is the least ethical company on my resume. Embarrassingly so. I wish everyone that stays stuck in the sh–hole only the best. And for all of those that were liberated from the Death Star last Friday; when your arse stops hurting, you'll realize that you are in a better place outside the organization.

I recently had an a-hole for a L2 manager that continually lied right to your face every time he opened his mouth. He couldn’t manage a garage sale in to profitability! Thanks to the realignment I no longer will have anything to do with the worthless piece of canine excrement!
Elephant Ballet and amassed a collection of worse in mid management. You sir, are a winner. Perfect peg. I've been with the company for 25 years, and I've had about 35 managers, 2 were pretty ok, the vast majority were worthless, and 3 of them, won the prize for worst ficking manager of all time on the planet ever. Of those 3, 2 are still here.
Officers are in doubt, a re-org should work that out. New leaders ask “why is it this way?” Cause the last guy wouldn’t pay. Can another excel fill the gap? Won’t scale, but why not chap. We are all just focused on tomorrow’s drill. Long term solutions rely on backfill. No more hiring, oh no. Looks like another year of status quo. Put it on the roadmap and cross your fingers. Trust in stankey! He delivers.

I could not agree more - JUST GET RID OF JERSEY - especially the old Feit Finance Organization. Filled with talentless mo–ns, How Dallas could keep them in charge is a disgrace.
AT&T needs a new CFO who will make some real changes.
