Many sales positions gone, the roles that are not gone, but being reduced is the FSL role, the SDL role is safe for a few weeks I guess they told them last week they are now under review as they make decide to keep them.
So far just Esurance underwriting eliminated although there have been some re-purposing of Allstate underwriting.
A lot of Esurance claims will likely be retained ahead of Allstate claims but almost all other areas of Esurance will be let go. If I had to predict I would estimate when all is said and done about 70% of Esurance employees will be let go with the highest of performers retained with most re-purposed where needed outside of claims.
Allstate claims will take a big hit on the other side.
I’m also curious if it’s all been former Esurance employees being let go like underwriting or is it combined with Allstate employees as well?
Have not received my formal 60 day but was told this week that my position is being eliminated. I was told my formal notice would come end of July. In the sales regions, all RSLs and TSLs positions being eliminated. I also believe SALs and SDLs were eliminated also. They can all apply for new District leaders.
What’s going on in home office in Northbrook? I heard that they were taking a big hit, but so far not so much. I’m hearing mostly field so far. I’m sorry to those affected. Don’t they want to reduce that home office headcount before 9/30 so there’s no one to return to the office? Then they can sell some real estate, make some more money, yay
TSL and above are all cut.
What is FSL and TSL? I am in auto claims (LDU or liability determination unit). I didn't even realize that HR was that big that 20% would be cut. Never got the point of HR...most of the times they don't know how the benefits work and don't even know labor laws.
