With COVID happening so quickly and everyone having to abruptly shelter in place, and now not being allowed back in the building, when people be able to pick up the personal belongings that they left in their offices?
I am or was an AM3 and was told at 9:15am that July 24 is my last day. 22 years. I was told 40% under Tony Leggio. 80% of the AMs. Very tough day!!

My boss (Level 3/4?) Director (50+ DRs) was told last his last day is 7/24...has like 30+ years...Chow/Saxena org...don't know of any others in my group.

Ok this is weird- the post I just referred to is gone. So my last post won’t make any sense but someone was calling the person who is 65 with 10 years part of the problem- that post disappeared. But my thoughts still stand.
@eri- part of WHAT problem? This person lost their job today. What don’t you get about people wanting a career? Working hard, getting paid well, good benefits, why is that a problem? Should he/she have jumped from job to job every year instead of staying at a company that paid them well? I’d love to know what you do, how long you’ve been here (if at all), and why don’t you leave since spending 10 years at a company insults your small mind. Do you tell your parents to quit their jobs annually so that “they’re not part of a problem “? Get a life.

I did. I know of several others that are confirmed. Was told this was a 40% cut. I wonder how they are going to achieve that "employer of choice for new hires" goal.

2nd level on our team notified this morning, VP sent out email as well. My group went down 10% but other groups I’ve spoken with went down 0% to 30% also went down one 3rd level under AVP. We are under S Mair- C Sambar
