Legg is still bringing over some of his WarnerMedia regime and they still aren't in place. Once those folks arrive and start wanting to "modernize" we'll see changes , looks like before 3rd quarter earning season looks right

Legg at least seems like a half decent leader. the HBO MAX platform is pretty bad though so who knows. I have heard something similar in a recent Austin town hall so I think the cuts are on hold or mostly on hold until legg understands his org more.
