Working at the big A for many years, I always wondered what exactly an FSL did.
Good riddance. Should have been years ago
Most were chasing bonus money and award trips for hiring unethical agents and often knew they were writing bad business anyway and did nothing
I work with FSL's almost daily. Never in any line of work in any industry have I experienced such arrogant self-important pieces of sh-t who know and provide absolutely nothing of worth...other than agents themselves.
If you think those are bad, you should meet our RSL & Regional VP. Hate to see anyone lose their job but those two are complete id–ts lol
