We went down one L2 manager on my team and a Director under VP but don’t have total numbers in our VP group. Talked to few friends, some teams not impacted while others were hit 10%- 30%
I’m safe but with a new job role and title. I will know who my boss is by the 15th. My boss has no idea who he will cover but will find out later today if he is safe.
This really drives the point home, that this employee will have a new supervisor, and his supervisor has no idea what's going on with him personally. Many people like to get hung up on 'Management vs Union', when really its 'Officers vs Everybody Else.' Managers, craft, sales, network, whatever...we're all human, and just an expense line as far as corporate is concerned.

That's the problem working here, there will be a less than 10 pct cut in your group and you end up safe then there will be another less than 10 pct cut in a few quarters then so on and so on. Eventually your number will be up, and for no good reason. The older you get, the bigger the target you become. It's been happening for years and now it's less of a secret and word is getting out.

My husbands group just got the all clear call from his director. His group went down less than 10%. He’s in ATO, in the (formerly)Abella (sp) group.
Yeah , emails are unusually quiet for a Friday... Maybe just a slow day, or the calm before the storm.
calls are definitely happening. Maybe not for you but many, many across Mair org.
Had my call with my SUP today. So it IS happening. I still work for the death star but have a new title and may have a new SUP and territory.
Blood bath in global accounts. Account Manager Title eliminated.
