I think everyone is making a big deal out of this and barely anyone will be let go. Why are some managers protected when they are clearly incompetent? They used and abused the company for years, leave when they want, take extra days of vacation, they are still there. Work part-time for full-time salary. on and on and on.

The cuts were 30% in global business but we haven’t seen any cuts or right sizing in the AVP, VP or SVP space which they were supposed to do.
The cuts today have been breathtaking! Across all orgs. So sad...
30% under my AVP this week. It was for real, and I am one of them.
