Getting real tired that D-DAY gets proclaimed here for every Friday and Monday. If its not tomorrow it will be next week. If not next week then the week after that. Do us all a favor and only post dates if there's hard evidence that you've seen for it.

They did a great job of performing the 'old corporate minf f&*k on everyone. I heard tomorrw as well (IoT) from a manager in Global.
I don’t know what department this is supposed to happen in. I’m a first line manager in AFO (Prem/I&R) out of the the Chicago market. I asked my area manager today if there was going to be a manager lay-off this Friday and he said he has heard nothing and if it was to happen he would have known about it already. Granted he could be lying but I would think that if there was going to be one he would of just said I can’t talk about it or just said I don’t know.

I got a meeting invite today at 4:00 PM for an "Important meeting" with my manager, director and svp at 8:00 am PDT tomorrow morning. I can't imagine what the topic is going to be!
Notifications in the morning if you are impacted then all clear email from VP in afternoon
It might differ by org but in at least one branch of Att Business, supervisors are being told to make calls in the morning. They were told to contact everyone, both affected and not affected. Then letter at the last minute today, some orgs were told, no, don't tell the non-affected employees anything. Rather they will receive an email Tuesday "with their position and supervisor listed."
By the time that email went out, most supervisors i know already told their teams that everyone would be getting a call. So my advice to you, don't necessarily sweat it if your boss calls. Most were planning on calling everyone.
