Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

‘‘Twas the days before layoffs”

And the stock price rose with dividends secured it made the executives gleeful with visions of bonuses dancing in their heads, so much money, oh boy, oh wow, it’s great to be such a t–d.

Then outside there arose such a clatter so they threw open sash to see what was the matter, it’s those those company peasants again Randall and Stanky said with sooo much laughter

Now dash away, dash away all to the security of our communities with company airplanes, cars, armed security and nice big walls. It’s time to write our woke emails and show them, we too have big balls

As the thousands of company peasants left hungry, destitute and jobless out of sight, they could hear Stanky say, don’t worry tomorrow is just another transformative day and AT&T is doing great, it’s diversified and WOKE!

“why aren’t we just all investing in corporations with the money we make as employees? So when a lay off happens, we are covered.”

Good question! We should ask the ex employees from Enron and Worldcom that question.

I’m hearing it’s delayed again, could be wrong but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t happen this week

@qnk

You mean with the few dollars left over after bills, taking care of our families and constant threat of layoffs?

Funny post OP, LOL!

I see lots of posts like this... if everyone knows investors take priority over employees.... why aren’t we just all investing in corporations with the money we make as employees? So when a lay off happens, we are covered.
