If you survive this round of cuts...don’t breathe any sigh of relief...prepare for the consolidation cuts that are coming next and it will be the higher paid Allstate employees that were left behind this time around.
Allstate agents have a big target on their back as well. Growth is achieved by buying companies.
Hopefully, the VP and directors will feel some of the pain next time around.
Prepare for plan B.
