Will ihx level 2s be affected by these layoffs?

I am on a PIP right now for only selling 11 last month but have a new job lined up anyway so I don’t care.
They fired two people on our team this week for low sales.
Our team fired one person for not hitting sales target on July 1 and is hiring for 3.
Our team is growing too. We are going from 12 to 14 people.

IHX reps are a bunch of liars! I have so many calls where these reps have cancelled sales reps orders just to order them service. They lie. They do not give customer's correct pricing or disclosures! They need to go!
Our team is going from 10 people to 13 people. And our market is adding one whole new ISM team.
Yeah no kidding on getting strict. Here in the west there are CAPs and PIPs all over the place for sales numbers. They are being ruthless.
Budgeted headcount for IHX reps is going up by 700 heads so no — ISMs won’t be cut. But there will he some turnover as ISMs and IHX reps are let go for productivity. IHX is getting very strict and hard-lined on performance nationwide.
Not at this time. They are expanding headcount for experts by 25% and slightly for ISMs.

IHX will be this decades prem tech. Same customer contact on salary pay. Selling and installing ATTtv.
