2 days before a surplus our org is having a contest named after our VP and it’s called the Donan games. Just like hunger games. Can’t make this stuff up. Everyone is anxious and panicked, with no clue if they have a job or not. Cmon. Just a little insensitive.

Sounds about right. Anyone with the golden handcuffs over there is set for awhile. Think of it like puppet strings when Stinky says jump... they say how high, where, and how fast. Still wondering what they feed the college hires. Since their college hire marketing budget was cut, they rely on new hires posting on LinkedIn to spread the “Blue Kool-Aid” and influence. Also, the death star meaning is coming full circle. Ten Year employees should be concerned because it is a 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 ratio to what they pay college hires. But then again, only a handful of good leaders in management and the rest are sheep followers sleeping in bed at 12:30pm during COVID / running errands. Let’s not forget when Sr. leadership takes off extended amounts of time and really should be on the phones driving business since we were always told “You never leave sales regardless of time & title.”. Wish everyone the best but you should have left 2 years ago like I did.
