There’s a lot of rumors from different markets within retail (COR and AR) that there will be mass realignment in territories. Has anyone else heard this? And would it include any layoffs impacting sales teams (L2, L3, L4) and sales ops within each market?

Exactly , the bean counters have their spreadsheets in overdrive, trying to determine what retail spots still are profitable and those that can be cut with minimal lease breakage fees.
It's all a numbers game, the execs know that retail space is a cost unless that location is making bank, so time to reduce the footprint.
Massive cuts are being announced this week. CSEs will be reduced by up to 40%. Operations cuts will be very deep too. Good luck!
This is something that will happen over months and years as leases come up.
