There hasn’t been carry over vacation for at least a decade.
These emAils are so incredibly tone deaf. The level 3-4 management in this company are a bunch of disingenuous jerks. Spent 3 weeks with pandering to avoid providing information on people’ livelihoods to distract. Useless town hall after town hall with canned questions someone wrote to make it seem people were interested in anything they wanted to talk about to pump the tires about the state of the company, HBO Max, AT&T TV, etc. Meanwhile, people are being told to take their vacations (to where??) because there will be no carryover to next year and told they better think a certain way or there is something wrong with you and therefore you are a concern to the company. Bill Morrow(is that his last name?), efficiency consultant extraordinaire put a plan together that they have yet to show the masses. It would absolutely outline where the ax will fall in a direct, transparent way instead of this BS we keep getting instead.
