Both past and present. How did those currently in control come into power and why are they acting with such callous disregard for loyal employees and American people? Why are they so deceitful and two faced? This is just wrong and” they” should be ashamed. All blame can not rest on the shoulders of Tom Wilson this is a group effort. In all my years with the company I have never seen such shameful behavior from the people in control.

19million plus a year plus bonus....meanwhile the rest of us......
We have allowed this to happen by trusting these companies and allowing them to run the unions that work for us to be eliminated or reduced to nothing. It’s well past time that we, as workers, allow unions to have more control for our benefit. I’m tired of seeing this over and over.
Wilson has made a conscious decision to surround himself with cost cutters from other companies bypassing promoting those who came up through the ranks at Allstate.... Everyone who is on the senior staff now is there for one reason: cut costs and lower the price. That is the ONLY thing that matters right now to those at the highest levels.
Glenn Shapiro is a great example.
Shapiro blows up the staffing everywhere he goes. He comes in promising huge increases in profits to the corporation and once hired the slash and burn begins. The only way to meet the commitments that he made is to slash people and he does it everywhere he goes.
Ask your peers at Liberty Mutual how sad that they were when Shapiro moved on to Allstate bringing many of his senior staff with him...
Those are the folks that are now making the decisions and if you think that the cost cutting will be over after this lay-off.....think again...
The share holders run this company Tom is the share holders puppet they say jump and he asks how high ! If and when he finds ways to reduce any cost at any expense he gets his millions in raises at the price of other people’s employment so instead of making a reasonable salary he makes double the more he cuts off the little people the more he gets
