Found out 7/2/20 that I got the $80,500.00 in Des Plaines Illinois.It has been a good run,but it’s time to get off of the TITANIC.Good luck to ALL.

I don’t believe there will be an offer to ABFS techs for voluntary layoff in OOR areas of the country unless anyone has heard differently? The same applies to NTS in OOR, no layoffs what-so-ever since there’s supposedly too much work. In the mean time, more and more techs are sitting on their asses idle with nothing to do in OOR! What in the hell is ATT thinking or not?
Same here. District 6......waiting to see if I get the offer sometime this week. If so, I won't have to find work. I'm not going to retire and then have to go work somewhere else. I'm going to enjoy my retirement. Already have enough stuff to do to keep me busy for several years. And under 60 years old.

Maybe instead of laying off thousands of employees T will lay off few high paid executives making millions a year. Saving goal will be achieved.

@xew+15LE29cy .... what makes you think all of us who leave would have to work anymore? Actually it would be about $100k gross with selling vacation back and regular 25 week unemployment. Not everyone is stuck here to "ride the gravy train" because we have to ... can leave or stay. Seems like a decent deal to abandon ship if near to going anyway ... we'll see.
If they offered me $80k to leave, I would be be first out the door.

awesome that they aren't publicly posting it on the IBEW site ... so likely you are FOS or Chicago is getting all of it's sweetheart deals done before f'ing over downstate as usual.
