Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Dead bodies in the wake of the zombie apocalypse

Colleagues, friends, and those holding the walls up with duct tape. Sounds odd, but I'm comforted in a strange way that before it all implodes I'm out. I almost feel I can breath a bit since we all were drinking from 12 fire hoses at the same time. There was no work life balance and my child forgot what I looked like. Maybe it's time to just go fishing...seriously.

I'm staying till the end. I've made it my life's mission to watch this collapse just so I can work on the demo team.

For those that had to undergo the painful exercise this week, I wish you guys all the best in looking for the next chapter in your life.
It is oddly true that Honeywell AERO has turned over the years into a desirable company to join to a nightmare and being outside is a blessing. At least the nightmare ends for those while the ones that do remain, will have to continue on with the threat looming over what their future is.

Even mentally, it’s sad to watch a company die, all the wasted potential, all the suffering, all the greed, it’s unpleasant to watch

There is life after Honeywell, and it nice not constantly living in fear of losing your job.
