He smirked and waved it off, saying, he "would never bet the farm" on an acquisition and that the debt would not be an issue?
How many employees raised that same issue, which Randall so callously and flippantly shrugged off?
Since he owns the Board of Directors and has no accountability he can wreck the company and still walk away with hundreds of millions!!

I remember. He said AT&T first business is always telecom and we'll have the capital to do what we have to do to grow. Then this year capital spend is 3 billion dollars less than last. You can't make this stuff up. And then he get on TV trying to sound righteous. I am 100% for improving lives of our black brother and sisters and police brutality, but this id–t RAT needs to shut up and don't consume any more TV cycle now that he is not the CEO. STFU RAT.
Pretty sure this was the same townhall where someone asked how we will be able to compete with Netflix and Disney+ at a higher price and Randall said he wasn't worried about either of them and how they aren't really competitors of ours since they don't offer vertical integration. We see how that panned out.
