DEEP CUTS in Olathe. Many valued people gone, all levels of salaried people hit. Not sure what the plan is for the site but a lot of people that kept us going left today. My morale is gone and I'm almost hoping I'm next.

Does anyone know how the ISC side of things are looking? OEM? R&O?
I'm trying to prep myself for having to do the job of multiple people as well as being away from my family a lot more with the absurd amount of required OT if they start RIFing techs and reducing the size of teams. Unfortunately for so many really good people most of the teams can be ran with half to a quarter of the people that are currently on them as long as they keep the techs that actually want to or dont mind the excessive mandatory OT and are really good at pushing units out quickly on there own while keeping quality the same.
Any techs out there get RIFed yesterday or have a meeting scheduled for today?
