It's as simple as that. The success of the accompany hinges on its employees. If you treat everybody with respect and reward their work properly, employees will ALWAYS give it their all and go the extra mile for the company. But when employees are mistreated, there is no incentive to even try.
Is it any wonder then that Allstate is doing as bad as it is?
Tom Wilson needs to go. Why are they hiding his town hall? Do they know how bad he/they look when he kept saying “the blacks” and not having any answers on what he’s learned during this time. What a disgrace.
They pay less than the other insurance companies and exploited cheap labor in India with no benefits.
That is allstate.
It’s ok to pay Tom Wilson 19 million plus bonuses though.
