Mpls started their special meetings today and will continue with more tomorrow. Not sure how they're gonna rebound from this massive sh– show. Moral was already low, this is going to make it non-existent.

Only the front line managers will know. And they’ve been told they can’t use the excuse, “but you RIF’ed the good people” on pain of termination at the next RIF/reorg. (Can’t have lower management telling upper management that middle management smurfed the business by bypassing lower management’ and gutting the wrong sheeple. That wouldn’t be good for middle management to move into upper management on the backs of the sheeple!)
I do assure you they will wander the halls scratching their heads why the business isn’t performing while middle managers play EEI and ‘unlimited vacation rif pool’ games,
@sht, m—acre is more like it. So many good people gone. people that were handling more things than anyone ever knew. They'll find out very quickly how bad of a decision they've made.
