Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Florida MCO

Any word on Florida MCO. How will they handle casualty adjuster? We are a no fault state! Can they even centralize us or reduce us??? Think how many case we handle than go into suit! Rep, Um and lit are too valuable. Any thoughts?

They can centralize all inside adjuster jobs. They have had other states handle multiple states for years and help out other states.

If you're rated Better Than Expected then it's highly unlikely that you would have your job eliminated. The non-performers would go first.

I don’t think anyone got the assessment yet.

It sounds like MCOs as we knew them are no longer. Your job will be aligned with others around the region who do the same job, if you don’t lose your job.
