So how can they be hiring for LDU Adjusters if they are laying off. Hiring for LDU in Charlotte. Hired new LDU Adjusters after the pandemic. This makes no sense. Confused??

They moved it, it was there. I read well. A friend asked me about applying. I aint crazy. I know what I saw..
That’s a no from me dog, it’s an inside homeowners (property) job
It says Inside Adjuster Charlotte. That is what LDU is. Thats what it said when I applied as well.
Where do you see LDU jobs in Charlotte? I see 2 property jobs and a few countrywide GHRN jobs along with the 30 IT jobs that haven’t been able to fill for years
They’ll let ya transfer - at your own cost. Then next year will be a new flavor of the month and it will be at your cost, too.
So then if you are in Raleigh those Adjusters should be able to go to Charlotte then. Still doesn't make sense to me. I hope they will offer you to keep your position, work from home and report to Charlotte. Since they are hiring for Charlotte.
I would like to know aswell. Allstate was actively hiring knowing that they were going to lay ppl off. These younger/newer adjusters are scared and they have every right to be.
Don't be confused.. figure it out. They are setting up 4 zones or Hubs or whatever you want to call them major claims offices. One in West-Chandler, AZ.. One Central.. Dallas, TX or whatever city in TX.. One still in Northbrook, IL Chicago.. whatever and one in Charlotte, NC or whatever. Just like they set up the new sales offices/zones. .. They are hiring in Charlotte due to expectations of laying off others in other areas...
