So they are hiring for LDU in Charlotte. How can they be hiring if they are going to layoff LDU Adjusters. They were hiring for LDU after the pandemic. Why would you hire and then layoff? Makes no sense!!

Where do you see that? There are no LDU postings on the internal or external careers page?
They can keep hiring for certain cities because they are about to let people go in other states to centralize their LDU teams. I wouldn't be surprised if they close all the offices that aren't in TX, AZ, IL or NC.
Charlotte is one of the hubs they are trying to centralize everything to, along with Chandler AZ, Irving TX, and of course, Home Office in Northbrook IL. A colleague of mine got shipped to AZ after the total loss debacle, and apparently it’s all they’re talking about down there.
