I hear the job market is pretty solid. But not sure for ATT as frontier may be the top gun there. Nevertheless, leaving T is inevitable.

I know many at Frontier and am a customer as I live outside of AT&T ILEC territory.
Frontier is awful, worse than AT&T. I'd change industries before I went to work for them.
Visit places before you move there. It’s a big step and you may hate it. Unemployment is 15% right now and only stores and delivery services seem to be hiring. Be prepared to take any open job. Have a job before you love. You’ll need about 6 months savings.
Haven’t read anything about them but as hard as it might be to believe they were in worst shape than AT&T. Did a poor job of swallowing the Verizon local/landline customers and really accelerated the downturn of losses. Live in Frontier territory and had 5-6 neighbors disconnect. 4-5 of them realized they didn’t need POTS service period.
Frontiers is hiring at $14 an hour. If they survive BK.
Do you read or otherwise follow the news? COVID-19 is out of control in FL. Even if you don’t care about the your health and that of your family, there are no jobs in FL right now, and, as stated by others, even when there are jobs, they are very low paying and with no benefits.

Better job market in west palm beach. WPB is growing as a city.
Live in Tampa, recently let go and can tell you the job market is poor would not come here with the expectation of finding a job unless you have family that can support you for an extended period of time. Good Luck to you.
Lakeland is inland, West of Jacksonville. Tampa is a cool area. Lived there. In general, florida is a lower wage state however there is no state income tax.
