I wonder who the 30 yr of employement at Honeywell from California was?
Thanks
Happening at Deer Valley too
Good time to be low on your band with regards to salary level, vs highly compensated in your band.
When your boss and your boss's boss both tell you they know nothing, then you know the only consideration being given is purely financial (short term) and perhaps shaping that new vision of what they want Honeywell to look like. Remember with HOS anyone can do anything. It also mean your boss and boss's boss are just as likely to get tapped.
I didn't specify where, etc., just honoring confidentiality with co-worker.
Seeing some good-bye emails from AERO now.
Why is it when you work hard at Honeywell… Have a team player attitude, have customers respond back on how well you are doing, Have excellent reviews. Only to have management short change your customer base without your knowledge, while your co-workers gets the customer so they can show on paper that your no longer needed, and have said co-worker bring in someone unqualified to do the work while they can claim it was there work they have done with documented hour toward certification's.
30 year employee in Olathe just got it. Brought his California salary with him and I hear they're going for top dollar RIFs.
Which SBG?
F— this company
Happening in Clearwater also. To direct charge, high performing, revenue generating employees. Makes no sense.
Keep shaping that future!
It's anonymous, Einstein.
Same here. Guy I've worked with for 10+ years, hard worker and very dedicated. Just got the involuntary RIF.
Remember kids, hard work and loyalty to Honeywell gets you nothing so do the bare minimum, get experience then leave for a better job. There's no future at this company any longer.
