Deer Valley management polled the individual contributors this week for their vacation plans over the next week. I think we know where it's about to go.
Tempe wide email requiring employees not take any time off next week unless approved by upper management. They need us all here at work to be notified we are riffed? Can’t have us being on vacation during the grim rifters rounds.
The "RIF room" is reserved through July 1st in Urbana
At our site, it is expected to last through Tuesday.

The Grim Rifster will be selectively culling the herd all next week, and for those that are on vacation next week, it will be waiting for you when you return the following week.
Honeywell is one of the most poorly run corporations in the world, their focus is not on product that gives them a future , they , the management is all about getting enough wealth to exit the company. Look at the volunteer departures of senior leadership. Those employees who made it a great company are getting let go. It has a limited future
Honestly, RIFs will continue forever at this place, until nobody in US / Can left (except expensive Executives of course).
HR person has status as in meetings all day Thursday and Friday. Likely to continue tomorrow.
