AT&T no longer offers tuition reimbursement. They say they do however; this is not the case. I have sent in my bill which showed that I paid for the class and my grades as directed. It was denied because I did not send In some form that they do not tell you about in the instructions for tuition reimbursement. I had to call HR one stop twice because they gave me the wrong form the first time, to even find the form to resubmit the claim. It is now being denied because I did not provide proof of payment even though on the bill provided by the school, it shows that I paid the tuition. They have denied my claim 5 times already. They do this until it reaches 60 days so they can then say it wasn’t submitted on time.

They used the correct version of your/you’re. You’re means YOU ARE, meaning YOU ARE JUST STUPID, meaning you should also use tuition reimbursement to get it together before you reply.
That was funny. I bet that will keep them QUITE now :/ lol
“ I think you’re just stupid. It’s not that difficult. T paid for my MBA. No problems. Don’t blame you’re stupidity on T. It’s you not them.”
to the person who replied this= “You might want to use that MBA to learn the difference between YOUR and YOU’RE.”

One of my last times submitting the paperwork took 11 tries to get it right. Keep submitting! On the clock of course!
Just keep resubmitting, until you get it right.

Dead Peasant Insurance is sometimes used as a shorthand reference for life insurance policies that insure a company’s rank-and-file employees and name the company as the beneficiary. This means that the company receives the life insurance benefits when the covered employees die.
kudos AT&T!
You make money when your workers die
But I bet you knew this all you pompass so called educated jerks with negative posts.
Keep up the good work kid.
T paid for my Phd in Nuclear Physics. No problems. I work as a cable installer though. Thank you T.
Your problem is not with att, it is with the company that they use.. I go through this every semester.. get denied several times until they get exactly the paperwork that they want..
They tried that sh– with me under the SBC banner. I found the name of the reimbursement manager and filed a discrimination complaint against her. I had a coworker that took the same class and his reimbursement was accepted and I resubmitted mine using his exact form and wording but put my personal info on the form. They denied and I filed the complaint. Sh– storm in 3 days. I got my money and was asked to have the complaint removed. I waited an extra 5 days and said I forgot to call and have the complaint removed as resolved. Anyone in reimbursement that pulls that sh– because they feel they need to to keep their job should be smacked.
it is reimbursed as far as they are concerned. randy's creative accounting. remember to circle a rubber chicken over the forms before you send them again. you are not alone.

I finished undergrad and grad school with the tuition reimbursement program and my last reimbursement was taken care of in January. They are a little picky as you have to make sure the receipt and grades have the school’s logo on it, and you have to send in the release letter each time that gives them the authority to check with your school to verify info. I’ve actually had no problems with the tuition reimbursement program, except for having to resubmit forms a couple of times.
Fake news - I have gotten it for past 2 years. Follow the instructions and you will be fine. They will deny for the slightest error, but if you take the time to see what they want you will get the hang of it and learn what they require.
Stop whining and try to understand what they need.
Are you really surprised? This is another example for "hyper-focus" customer service, make as difficult as possible and lots of friction. Alternative: pay with corporate card and file expense report. If you don't pass the class, pay money back.
Getting reimbursed can be frustrating . T did not like the forms my school provided me . I had to work with my school to get what T wanted . Huge headache but I did get a free ride all the way to a Masters so very thankful. Keep on T and follow the process and get your school to help if needed. Good luck .
This is a ridiculous claim. I know we are in difficult situation. But don't blame others for your own mistake.
I just submitted and got paid mine. Looks like this fool needs to stay in school.
MONEY IS GONE,

I get tuition reimbursement and my submissions get kicked back for the slightest error. However I always get paid after I fix the issue. I have to admit everything you have to do is in the rules and they aren't buried away somewhere and hard to find. You just have to be very exacting in providing what they tell you to. I know it is frustrating, but it is up to you to fix your gap or you won't get paid. I have gotten about ten payments now.
This is a nonsense post. Absolutely untrue. The tuition reimbursement program is heavily promoted. There is no scheme to deny claims with paperwork complexity to cause the application to go past 60 days. You probably should just pay closer attention to the instructions and ensure you submit all the required forms. I’m in the program and have had ZERO issues in my approvals.
The Company says it has all these programs to better and enhance the lives of the employees yet as a 40yr employee I haven’t seen real utilization since the early 90’s. They use to push and promote all the programs in the mid 80’s but slowly they became hush about them. Congratulations on getting your class completed. Keep going to school to get that degree so you can leave. Best wishes.
