My store manager told me IHX is going away soon and is trying to get my friend to move from IHX to retail. He does really good in IHX though. Is it true about IHX?

I work in IHX, we are very profitable but let's not kid ourselves. We do a lot of Shady stuff to keep our jobs and im sorry for creating escalations for the reps at the stores but it's that or i get fired. It's stressful around here so i don't recommend this position to anybody.

It’s pretty simple to understand..
+ overhead for IHX is very low compared to a retail store..
+ the highest expenses for IHX is the employee pay & inventory that’s it..
+ the value of the cars don’t take long to recoup at all due to sales volumes.
+ IHX prevents churn by:
- Introducing customer to supporting apps and tools
- Correcting sales orders out in the field to prevent loss of the sale and de-escalating customer complaints.
- There are most likely c-appy sales reps out there.. every org has those but overall the IHX team is very profitable and does its best to drive both revenue and support.. believe me this is different from how it originally started because we were first all about service & support first then transitioned into Sales Sales Sales then support once the company realized how many sales we could produce. I agree IHX leaders need to slow down a bit and try to get back to service first then sales.. the continued increase in sales goals doesn’t help this

the problem lies in the culture that both ihx and COR have developed into. The lies and deceit are what both are being taught to survive. These are people just trying to keep their job and producing inflated numbers as that it what their predecessor has taught them.
Fake News. IHX is successful in large part because they are invited to homes if clearly interested customers. The model works.

There is nothing shady about door to door mobile sales people. Nothing shady at all. This channel is the future of sales.....
IHX is loosing billions for att every month
I work in COR store and during this time i worked from home and did the call center job. Must say 90% of my calls had to deal with IHX fraud and credits! Really something! Glad i dont work for that side of the "SHADE"!
IHX is what retail is turning into.
Only way they shut down is if they get slapped with all those fraud lawsuits.
@ 1kya+15CNeoy5 wait until the state and federal fines kick in, not to mention all the credits CC gives out on a daily basis, due to the fraudulent and misleading promises IHX does out on the field. Then tell me how “profitable “ IHX really is.
It's only a matter of time. IHX will be busted for soliciting soon. Only a matter of time before a local news channel gets the catch on them

Absolutely not. IHX is more profitable that ATTR. IHX one of the few still making money for AT&T. IHX is not going anywhere, believe me.
