calls will start 1st full week of July, sounds like minimum impact will be 10% for some VP groups while others will see a 15-30% reduction in headcount. AVP and down have already submitted group rankings to HR even though Amplify and mid-year haven’t been covered. Two weeks then off payroll might be new norm going forward and rumors of a voluntary offer 4th quarter have been over exaggerated to say the least. From HR, “this will be very significant reduction in July.”

They are moving people up to vote so they don’t get stuck in the heard and the rest of you will get included in the lay-off. They are the leaders lol can’t say that with a straight face. Just become VPN or move to cso than you will be safe.

I can not wrap my hear around this. Katibeh sent our org today and VP's tripled? I thought they were removing layers but VP's went from 4 to 12. Similarly like Chow. WTH?

It sounds like just about every group will be included to some level but the waiting and not knowing is exhausting. I assume another surplus will happen 4th qtr then again in 2021... & 2022.... good people will lose their jobs, those that survive will be left doing more work waiting for the next round hanging onto the hope that just maybe they’ll make it to retirement
