Are those functions safe or are there layoffs coming in those support functions as well?

Finance and HR are top heavy! The span of control is very light. Some L4’s have no reports and some L3’s are getting by with as few as 3. T University is out of control with all of the VP’s and AVP’s!!
Finance is useless!!! All they do is pie in the sky projections, borrow billions and pay dividends. The planning is useless and has no added value as the company continues to sink!!

Who has HR been outsourced to? That’s new! Finance, Audit and Asset Protection are they facing additional layoffs, they got whacked in January!
