They are not allowed to post as direct advertising is not allowed here. Otherwise, this place would be flooded with all kind of sellers.
Many others are in very bad shape as well ... with more to follow.
@few, LinkedIn has many recruiters giving away free advice, mostly on how to package yourself to get the right kind of attention from potential employers. For a monthly fee you can subscribe to a LinkedIn job seekers group and service and take classes to sharpen and expand your skills.

You don't need to recruit honeywell employees. They come to you.
