Things are going to change fast! Sixt is going after Hertz AP spots. They have been gunning for a solid foot print at US airports. They have the cash and US regulators will not allow ABD Group and Taylor Brands to dominate the market. There must be a third player so enter Sixt. Avis will be all over the HLE locations. Avis has made little to no effort to go after the off airport business. A multi billion dollar space that ERAC dominates. Even poorly run HLE was able to drive millions in revenue here. This will launch Avis into the off airport market very quickly. Hertz brand will disappear and be forgotten.

Buy the name under liquidation at a huge discount. Make every employee coming from Hertz or DTG apply for a new position, do not bring any over in an acquisition. Otherwise the current Hertz/DTG disfunction will linger.
