Has anyone looked at the cleaning process Hertz is bragging about? The only changes are that we disinfect the car when it returns (for our benefit, not the customer) and then after normal cleaning process we spray it one more time with disinfectant. Then we put a piece of tape on it for peace-of-mind, not much else.

Absolutely nothing has changed at our location we still do not have the "special" cdc approved cleaner or masks nor has anyone been certified in a 15 point cleaning process. The whole thing is ridiculous.
I work at a DTAG location and when we get clean cars from Hertz we would clean them again because our standards were higher than Hertz at the airport. Plus they love taking our clean cars and giving us their dirty ones.
Nothing has changed in out cleaning process.
Its all a song and dance, should contact the local news o do an investigation on how clean he cars really are. Guarantee you if check they will find germs and bacteria all over the car.
