Moving Paul up is clearly no the answer as he was a part of the problem. Paul lack not only the experience but the balls to run Hertz. When he speaks his tone outs you to sleep. The board out him there to take the rest of the fall for Kathy. Bring Mark back! He will instill the fear of God into everyone again. Avis and Enterprise are see their opening! Enterprise is telling every insurance company hertz is dead do you better get with the green team now! Avis knocking on the door of every Hertz global account! Intel, IBM…. all getting wooed by Avis and National. As staff reductions continue and trust me they will service levels will fall. With Corona now you will not see it but as travel ramps up, long lines , dirty cars, no fleet that's all she wrote. So sad to see a great brand like Hertz disappear.

I'm glad they fired the ugly horse face. But Paul doesn't have the balls to run Hertz. They should have hired a real turn around CEO. Oh but I remember, the board knows that a liquidation is the only road so they hired a retail washout for pennies on the dollar to liquidate this ghetto, trash, corrupt, and stinky broke company. Listened to Paul's weekly AP calls, and the guy is just pissing in the wind with what he knows about car rental. But does that matter?? Predicted Kathy getting let go or resigning in 2017, but never imagined a flunky like Paul getting the promotion. Paul will be fired in 18 months because Hertz has no path forward. The company will be gone in 24 months.
