Hertz Board here is as much culpable as her. Where is the accountability? She should not get the golden parachute.
I asks how is Hertz better off now with 3 years of Kathy at the helm? She did buy the JD Powers award ending the Taylor brands dominance., She did out all her eggs into one basket in hopes it would turn the company around. She did hire flunkees from other companies to help ruin Hertz. She did promote failed leaders from within as she chased away all the great leaders. Best of luck Kathy
