I used to think like yall, they cant get US....We are the ones making the money? well they don't care about how things are getting done–they care about HOW MANY things are getting done . They harass you and let the contractors do what they want... some of the hard core old timers starting to sound like the L3 mid management team

The SROS are next. Level 3 will get rid of you one way or the other . its the Prima Donna culture they are looking to remove. they see it as a cancer and need to cut it out. Your in DENIAL about L2S which they are actively using against you ...then some L3 asshate tosses a post in telling you all no no don't worry they aren't watching during Covid19 what an outright LIE

they tell you that , yet send e-mails to the exact contrary? This is the 3rd contract that came and went your already 15 days in and yet you "Cling" ... Your National Union isnt going to step in at all to help your on your own there—your selling your name and ideals to this company who really wants you gone.

The economic downturn has been happening for 30 years. Every contract has taken more, with paltry raises that do not keep up with cost of living, and management layoffs voluntary or not have occurred at least once a year, yet they keep on keeping on using the excuse of dial-tone loss, when it is really the customer service that has lost customer’s, a direct result of high turnover, and loss of experienced workers. They don’t care all about the stock.

this op is a prima dona to the core. U didn't post any new or useful information u just insulted the workers that haven't tapped out. I will stay here until I choose , the " denial " u think you see was probably just your co-workers giving aloof answers to ur whiny rants , all in the hopes u stfu and walk at least 12 feet away.

As always the more ESSENTIAL the job is, assuming acceptable job performance, the higher the probability of retention. If you can manage essential job personnel successfully as well as provide your own essential skills, all the better. The more difficult the economic situation, the more the company, any company, reduces toward essential process personnel. Nothing new here. All about cash flow especially in economic downturns. What do companies do in downturns? First, reduce personnel and second, reduce inventory. Why? To increase cash flow anyway possible to preserve the company66

nice ! it is reality L3 is not interested in you at all , what a positive message , sad but true they only care about metrics, numbers , blah blah blah .you know what is strange ? they like to keep the managers that are crazy , bad tempered , jerks.
