Why would they give you extra money for putting your health at risk when they could keep it for themselves. After all, how can they get that new B.M.W. when they are "wasting " it on you.

Temporarily repair!! I don't think the shop has ever fixed anything just patched it up.Zip ties, and spliced wires. Maybe flip a few breakers on and off pull a couple drives out bang on them until it goes again

Soon very soon the same company that you wished was giving you hazard pay will be putting you on the street to have technology do your job for you. Best believe that t+e people are going to be taking the hardest hit and the company knows that’ll be their hail Mary for workforce reduction. They will say that they’re actually doing YOU a favor for not having to employ you and for you to be in harms way everyday. Like sitting at home with no job or no money is better off for someone. So the point is to just deal with it for now because that day is coming when you won’t be able to even if you wanted.
