Super duper!
I'll enjoy my $700 for working 40 hours while you all get paid more for doing nothing. You can bet I'm going to work really super duper hard too!!
No assumptions. Enjoy your full check, I will enjoy my $840.
You are assuming my full paycheck is greater than $840/week...
@2mxr this is true, while those that are furloughed, will enjoy time off, and receive up to $840, you will enjoy a full paycheck. Enjoy your full paycheck. I will enjoy my $840 and sleep in this week. 🤣
I certainly hope so.
I am exempt from the furlough here in Az? Are you telling me I have to keep working and you guys get $840 a week for staying home?
In Arizona, Governor Ducey waived the one week waiting period; https://azgovernor.gov/governor/news/2020/03/governor-ducey-expands-access-unemployment-insurance-and-extends-income-tax
You can apply as soon as your last day of work before your furlough; https://des.az.gov/services/employment/unemployment-individual/apply-ui-benefits
Honeywell doesn't want you to apply, and that's the main reason I did. I should get $240/wk from the state and $600/wk from the feds. Everyone in the USA should apply, the worst that can happen is your state rejects the claim. Hopefully, the feds will still pay you.
Also, no need to look for work per the Ducey acts as well.
No one week waiting, Ducy signed a law waiving the one week period
Yes you can after the 2nd week of no pay. Make sure you file a claim because these two weeks are only the beginning.
Hypotetical answer: look it up yourself.
