There are other good jobs out there. You don’t have to keep working for a tyrant Bill Stone company.

You are correct, the good management people that knew what they were doing were laid off during the last cut back. The company does not want people that know how to manage and get the work done.
Failing companies are hard to work for. If you look into SS&C, you will see they have a history of acquiring failing companies, stripping them of all of their cash selling off their assets and shutting them down. Then moving on to another company to do the same.
SS&C Health Solutions is a horrible place to work. You are treated like you are in a third world country with demands being put on you or else. The tyrant management style filters down from Bill Stone through management. The good managers were let go during the last layoff.
